Do I Need To Take The Test?

Test-Required: As a part of the evaluation process the exam is a requirement.

Test-Optional: Colleges allow applicants to decide whether to submit SAT or ACT scores as part of their application. It doesn’t mean that schools aren’t interested in seeing all applicants’ performance and potential—but if a student doesn’t submit their scores, it won’t be considered in the application review

Test-Blind: Colleges will not consider the SAT or ACT as a part of their admission evaluation process.

Check the college's admission page to see their policies on admissions test requirements
