Work Permits (during the school year)
Complete the “work permit application” (including your employer, parent/guardian, all signatures required)
Scan/email completed forms to Mrs. Velek at [email protected]
Once approved, Mrs. Velek will contact you via email to pick up your permit
Sign it and give it to your employer
Summer Work Permits (June - August)

All students under the age of 18 that have not completed high school must have a valid work permit issued yearly.
