Steps for requesting a COUNSELOR recommendation:
1) Fill out the Brag Sheet (below) and email Ms. Miler ([email protected]) or Ms. Yu ([email protected]) at least ONE MONTH before your first deadline. If you have a resume or other supplemental information (ie. UC's personal insight question responses, Common App personal statement etc) please include it. The more information you provide us the more thoughtful of a letter we can provide. Sample Resume Template here.
2) Input Recommenders info into the Counselor Recommender's portion of Questbridge, Common App, etc

3) Waive your FERPA Rights - Waiving your right informs colleges that you will not read your letter of recommendation later on.
