Information Sheet Due Date: BY, OCTOBER 1st at 4:00 pm

National Honor Society (NHS) was founded on the ideals of scholarship, character, leadership, and service. The faculty council will consider the student's entire high school career in the selection process. Candidates in grades 10, 11, and 12 may submit Information forms for membership consideration on an annual basis.   All members will receive a certificate of membership each year and are invited to be in the group yearbook photo. Senior members are recognized at the Distinguished Vikings Night.  Annual chapter membership is $10 paid to the Marina High School webstore after notification of acceptance.  Students will be notified of membership acceptance from chapter adviser, Mrs. Miler, after the committee has evaluated the information sheet. Students need to complete the information sheet by logging into google.
